Chrome extension for posting to Facebook
POSTEMA is a browser extension, not a service that logs into your account from the outside. That choice sounds technical, but it decides one very practical thing: whether your account gets blocked.
Why an extension and not a cloud server
A cloud tool asks for your username and password, then logs into Facebook from its own machine. As far as Facebook is concerned, that is a login from another country, from an unfamiliar device, at an hour when you are not active. That is exactly the profile of a hacked account, and the response is a verification request or a block.
An extension runs inside the browser you already open. Same computer, same network address, same session that already exists - because it really is you. There is nothing unusual to detect.
What the extension actually does, and what it does not
Full transparency, because this is the first question every customer asks:
- Reads the list of groups you belong to
- Opens a tab for a group, fills in the post and clicks publish - exactly as you would
- Reads comments on your own posts, in order to collect leads
- Does not ask for a password, and cannot receive one
- Does not log into your account - it uses the session that is already open
- Does not read private messages, and never touches your friends or profile
Installation - three minutes
- Install the extension from the official Chrome Web Store
- Sign up for POSTEMA and get a six-character connection code
- Paste the code into the extension - that is it, they are connected
- The extension scans your groups once, and from there you work from the dashboard
What this approach costs you
We do not sell this as a perfect solution. It has a real drawback: your computer has to be on and Chrome open while a campaign is running.
A cloud tool does not require that - it runs while you sleep. That is genuinely convenient, and it is genuinely worth something.
We chose differently because the arithmetic is simple: a blocked Facebook account costs far more than leaving a computer switched on. You can schedule a campaign for hours when the machine is running anyway, and that covers most cases.
What about business pages
The extension can identify the business pages you manage and post as a page instead of your personal profile - in groups that allow it.
⚠️ Posting goes out under whichever identity Facebook is signed in as in the browser. If you picked a page and the browser is on a different identity, the system stops the campaign and tells you, instead of posting from the wrong account.
Frequently asked questions
Can the extension see my password?
No. It never asks for a password at any stage and has no way of receiving one. It uses the Facebook session that already exists in your browser, exactly like any other tab.
Does the extension read my private messages?
No. It touches your group list, the post composer and the comments on your own posts, and nothing else.
Can I use it in Firefox or Safari?
Chrome only for now, plus Chromium-based browsers such as Edge and Brave.
What happens if I close the browser mid-campaign?
The campaign stops and waits. As soon as you open Chrome again it continues from the group where it left off, without posting twice to the same group.
Can I install it on more than one computer?
Yes, but only one should be active at a time. Two extensions connected to the same account will pull jobs in parallel and may post twice.
