How real estate agents post listings in Facebook groups without skips or blocks

The problem: many listings, the same groups

If you add ten listings and send all of them to the same thirty groups at the same hour, each group receives ten posts in a row. To a group admin that looks like flooding, and they remove the posts or remove you.

That is why we have rules for each group separately, no matter how many groups you have in total.

Three rules for every group

These are the rules our system actually enforces, group by group:

• A gap of 3 hours between two posts to the same group.
• Up to 3 posts per day to the same group, and only if the wording is different.
• The same wording never goes out twice to the same group within 24 hours. This protection is absolute: a duplicate post cannot be deleted, and Facebook itself detects it.

What happens when a group is still waiting

If a campaign starts an hour after another one and they share groups, the groups that were posted to less than three hours ago are skipped in this round. The post is not sent to them, and the reason is shown on the task and in the campaign summary.

This is not a fault. It is protection: a third post within the same hour is what makes an admin remove it. The answer is to plan the times in advance, not to fix it afterwards.

Split your groups into folders by area

A Tel Aviv listing does not need to reach a Beer Sheva apartments group. Split your groups into folders by area or type (rentals, sales, student housing), and send each listing only to the folder that fits it.

There are two benefits: the post is more relevant to each group, and campaigns for different areas almost never share groups - so they almost never skip.

Space out campaigns that share groups

When two listings go to the same groups, schedule them at least three hours apart. An example for one group: first listing at 09:00, second at 12:00, third at 15:00. Those are the three posts allowed per day, each with different wording.

More than three listings for the same group? Spread them across several days. A fourth listing in the same group waits until tomorrow.

Different wording for every listing

Every listing has a different description anyway, which is exactly what the rules require. The problem starts when you post the same listing again: the same wording to the same group is blocked for 24 hours.

To post a listing again the next day, change the wording - a different opening, a different order of details. AI variations rewrite the post automatically, and your content stays.

In a group you manage - there is more room

The limit of 3 per day and the 3-hour gap exist to protect against the group admin. In a group you manage yourself that concern does not exist, so the limit there is up to 10 posts per day with a 20-minute gap.

Two things are not relaxed even there: the daily limit of the whole account, and the same-wording protection.

What still applies to the whole account
