Accessibility statement

Our commitment

POSTEMA believes in providing an equal service to all customers, including people with disabilities. We work to make the site accessible in accordance with Israeli standard SI 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What has been made accessible

  • An accessibility menu on every page: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stopped animations and a readable font.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus indicator on every active element.
  • A "skip to content" link at the start of every page.
  • A hierarchical heading structure, and alternative text for images.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting - anyone who has set it gets the site without animations.
  • Colour contrast checked against the requirement in both colour themes, light and dark.

Known limitations

The demonstration videos on the site are a visual demonstration with no soundtrack and carry no verbal information, and so they are not captioned. All information appearing in them also appears as text beside them. We continue to test the site, and if you come across an element that is not accessible we would be glad to hear about it - we will deal with it promptly.

Getting in touch about accessibility

Come across a problem, or have a suggestion for improvement? We would like to hear it.
