1. A publishing tool, not business advice

POSTEMA is a technology system for managing and publishing content in Facebook groups. The service does not constitute marketing, business, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

Any business, marketing or other decision taken by the user on the basis of using the service is made at the user's sole responsibility.

2. Publishing results

POSTEMA makes no commitment as to any results arising from posts published through the system. The following cannot be guaranteed in advance:

  • The number of leads, enquiries or customers generated by the posts.
  • The level of engagement users will have with the posts.
  • Acceptance of the posts by Facebook group administrators.
  • Protection of the user's Facebook account against restriction or blocking.

3. The Facebook platform - third-party responsibility

POSTEMA operates within the Facebook environment, which is not under the company's control. Facebook may change its policies, algorithms, posting limits or terms of use at any time, without prior notice.

Using automated posting tools on Facebook - including POSTEMA - may lead to the restriction, suspension or blocking of the user's Facebook account.

POSTEMA is not responsible for any damage arising from a Facebook account being blocked, from harm to a digital reputation, from content removal, or from any other sanction imposed on the user by Facebook.

The user declares that they are aware of the risks involved in using automation tools for posting on social networks, and accepts full responsibility for them.

4. Responsibility for user content

POSTEMA serves solely as a technical tool and does not review, filter or take responsibility for content the user publishes. The user is solely responsible for the content of the posts they create and publish, including:

  • Compliance with defamation law, privacy protection, consumer protection and other relevant legislation.
  • Refraining from publishing misleading, false or fraudulent information.
  • Respecting copyright and licensing terms for images and content.
  • Complying with the terms of the Facebook groups they post to.

5. The AI service - limitation of liability

The Pro+AI plan includes a tool for writing posts using artificial intelligence. Text produced by the AI consists of suggestions only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

POSTEMA is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of content generated by the AI. Reviewing and editing the content before publishing it is recommended.

6. Availability and reliability of the system

POSTEMA operates and strives to provide a continuous and reliable service, but does not undertake to provide uninterrupted availability. The following may affect service availability:

  • Routine maintenance and system updates.
  • External events such as failures at hosting and communications providers.
  • Changes to Facebook's interfaces requiring an update.
  • Force majeure - unforeseen events outside the company's control.

7. Limitation of damages

Under no circumstances will POSTEMA be liable for the following damages, even if warned of the possibility of their occurrence:

  • Loss of income, profits or transactions.
  • Damage to reputation or to a business name.
  • Loss of data or business information.
  • Indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages.

The service may contain links to external websites. POSTEMA is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, availability or services of those websites.

9. Changes to this document

POSTEMA reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
